Rosso is more than a pizzeria – it’s a place to gather, eat, and unwind. Our name, Italian for “red” is the common thread that ties everything together, from the rich tomato sauce on our pizzas to Sicilian red prawn tartare, to the deep hues of a spritz, Negroni, or Americano.
It all starts with the ingredients. Every pizza begins with our signature dough that is handmade daily and fermented with care. It’s crafted using a unique blend of organic ancient grains, traditionally milled in Northen Italy. The result? A dough that is crispy yet soft, flavorful yet light- the perfect base for our artisanal toppings.
